You don't need much to be happy. There isn't anything at home but it's a clear day, with the things you found into the fridge and a little help you prepare a perfect lunch, just right for a sunny day. There's always some small tomatoes in the fridge, you cut them and throw them in the pan with oil, a pinch of sugar and one of salt, some oregano, just to let them confit, add a can of tuna fish and stir for a minute, no more than two. No second dish. We're gonna eat some cold cuts, but where are the vegetables? Easy, you just need to go out. Into the olive grove there's always some dandelion, green, crispy, tast and always available. Who should *buy* the damn lettuce? Put in some borage flower, which was just near, that's all. Simple, good, even beautiful.
An elite restaurant would charge you a blunder. Fuck the elite restaurants, let me enjoy my lunch.
Oh, well, also my new Canon G9! ;-)

Beautiful. I didn't know about this blog! Will add you to my garden blog as it's the only one that's set up to add subscriptions on the side.
I hope my borragine grows well!
